How I Learned To Do Joint Ventures
I was never a savvy 'deal maker" or Schmoozer and I still don't consider myself one.
Many years ago, I began attending business conferences where high paid consultants and very successful business owners lectured and taught. It became clear that ALL THE TOP BUSINESS GURUS were not only doing Joint Ventures, they were doing them a lot and considered them a given.
This made a big impression on me.
So I first learned how to do JV's from attending several of those expensive business conferences I mentioned. And I began doing Joint Ventures soon afterwards. It was a start and I had to learn what to do by trial and error.
